With over 35 years of experience in geotechnical investigation, pavement evaluation, and design, James is a seasoned expert in the field. His deep practical and theoretical knowledge spans across quarried and recycled materials, including concrete, demolition waste, slags, and soils. His contributions have played a critical role in the development and widespread acceptance of numerous pavement and construction materials that are now utilised in RMS and local government projects.

 

Previously serving as the General Manager of Rowles Site Solutions (RSS), James successfully drove business growth by fostering repeat business, thanks to his reputation for providing informed advice, practical applications, and innovative, cost-effective solutions. His extensive background in the construction and materials industry is complemented by a strong skill set in material evaluation, geotechnical and material testing, and business development.

 

James is a sales and operations professional driven by a passion for building business opportunities, both with new clients and existing partners. His proven expertise and strategic approach continue to make a lasting impact in the field of construction and material solutions.
